Getting started

Updated on July 8, 2026

This guide takes you from zero to a working time-tracking setup. Estimated time: 15–30 minutes for a small company.

1. Create your company account

  1. Go to Sign up and enter your company name, its tax ID (CIF) and your details as administrator.
  2. Confirm your email with the link we send you.
  3. You're in: the first screen is the dashboard, with the welcome assistant and the setup checklist.

The free plan includes up to 10 people with every feature. No credit card required.

2. Set up the company basics

In Company settings (side menu, "Administration" section) you can review:

  • Time zone: Europe/Madrid by default. All clock-ins are stored in UTC and displayed in your company's time zone.
  • Annual holiday allowance and carry-over to the next year.
  • Weekly remote-work day limit, if you use it.

In Public holidays you'll find the national holidays already loaded; add the ones for your autonomous community and your municipality's local holidays yourself.

3. Define work schedules

In Schedules, create your team's weekly schedules (for example, "Office Mon–Fri 9:00–17:00" or "Part-time mornings"). Each person can have their own schedule with effective dates, and both one-off and permanent changes are requested and approved within the platform.

4. Add your team

Two ways:

  • Individual invitation: in Employees → New employee, with name, email, job title, department and role; the start date is recorded automatically on the day you create them. Each person receives an invitation email with a temporary password.
  • Bulk import: if you're coming from Sesame, Factorial, Jibble or your own Excel file, use the importer to bring in employees and clock-in history in one go.

5. Time to clock in

Each person can clock in from:

  • The web dashboard, with one click (with optional geolocation).
  • The mobile app, connected via the API.
  • The QR kiosk on a shared tablet — ideal for warehouses or shops (how to set it up).

That very night the first workday is consolidated and the working-time record report starts filling itself in.
