How Pro plan billing works

When you activate Pro you enter your card but pay nothing: the first year is a full trial. After that, the annual subscription is calculated per active employee and adjusts automatically each month if your headcount changes. Everything is managed from the Stripe billing portal: invoices, card and cancellation.

Pricing questions

What counts as an "active person"?
Any non-archived user in your company. People who have left or been archived don't count towards the limit or your bill.
What happens if I go over 10 people without paying?
The most recently added people above 10 go read-only: they keep their data and can view it, but can't clock in. As soon as you activate Pro, everything goes back to normal.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from the billing portal. At the end of the paid period you return to the Free plan and keep your full history.
Do the prices include VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT. At checkout, Stripe automatically calculates the tax for your country and issues a full invoice.
Are there discounts for non-profits or education?
Message us on chat and we'll see: if you're a small non-profit, chances are the Free plan is all you need.
