Bizneo HR is a modular, mature Spanish HR suite (time tracking, absences, shifts, documents, appraisals, recruitment) for mid-sized companies, sold consultatively, priced by module on quote, and with no free tier. AccessTime competes on the core an SMB needs to comply with RD 8/2019 (Spain's mandatory time-logging decree) —multi-channel clock-in, exportable working-day report, absences with balances and approvals— all self-service, free for up to 10 people and with the first year free on the paid plan: a time-to-launch and an entry cost that Bizneo can't match. Bizneo wins on suite breadth and depth: a document manager with e-signature, appraisals and recruitment, and payroll integrations.
